Real Time Claims was founded in 2007 by a small team of finance professionals to guide and assist consumers through the complex process of claiming refunds for mis-sold PPI policies.

Based in Newcastle upon Tyne city centre, they now have a large team of professionals who are committed to processing claims from inception to fruition; liaising with clients and their lenders effectively to ensure the fairest redress is awarded.

Application development

AYO Digital were commissioned by Realtime Claims to create a web based solution which helped automate and streamline internal processes.  The aim was to enable Realtime Claims to become more efficient and keep up with the demands of their rapidly growing customer base. 

After rigorous requirement gathering, an application was designed and built to process claims with minimal human interaction, freeing up resource for other areas of the business.  AYO Digital ensured that this solution was scalable and flexible to allow for continuous development of system capabilities to match the emerging markets that the company operates in.

To create visibility within the business and business partners, AYO Digital adapted the Realtime Claims CMS to allow access for internal personnel and introducer business partners.  This allowed third parties to interact with a subset of the system and view the progress of their leads.

Easy to read reports are provided to all introducer partners, allowing them much greater insight into the opportunities they have fed into the system.

Realtime Claims turned to AYO Digital to develop them innovative technology which would aid their drive for a lean business model. The aim was to make their claim lifecycle as efficient as possible and concurrently ease internal workloads. 

Through utilizing of electronic signature technology, Realtime Claims could allow their customers to view their contract documents and sign them through their desktop or mobile device using their finger. 

This meant that customers were given more power to quickly and conveniently progress their claim online, cutting out the need to print and post. This lead to excellent claim turnaround times as well as improved customer service.

Automated document scanning

In conjunction with their eSignature technology, Realtime Claims also wanted to cater for their more traditional customer who still preferred to use paper forms to process their claim. AYO Digital developed the automated document scanning system to allow these customers to scan in their completed documents which would then be processed and replicated onto an online form.

This solution meant that Realtime Claims could again allow their customers to progress their claims themselves, in turn increasing process time and reducing the cost for delivery.
